Exceptional
The location is the best for who have their business at Intex Osaka. It's very convenience to wake up and walk a bit to go there. The room is larger than I thought, very clean and comfortable. The conceirge is kind enough to allow us to keep our luggages at the hotel after check-out time till our business is done in the evening, that is very helpful to us. There is an Airport limousine bus stop at the hotel beside, so it's perfect for doing business and then go to the airport at last.

They used to have a delivery service via al-Shatl to several places, and now it has been canceled, which is the reason for using taxis and the metro to get to the places I want to go to. Please restore the service again

proper for USJ
breakfast was very good, even better than Hyatt Regency ( now Grand Prince). Free bus to USJ is convenient.

I loved the staff, the breakfast, and the rooms! My only issue was the location and surroundings. I loved the Izakaya which was in the same building!
Inconvenient location, if you use the trains a lot! And at night there are a thousand cockroaches outside!
